Payment Cancellation Policy

FOR INDIVIDUALS

To reserve a spot, your deposit is due upon registration. The deposit amount is based roughly on 25% of the full fee. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Your final payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the event's commencement date. You will be emailed a statement of your final owning- which will include HST. If you cancel prior to the 30 day mark, you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within the 30 day mark, you forfeit the full fee. It is possible, however, to transfer your registration to another suitable replacement, in which case, only your deposit is forfeited. BAM North Productions reserves the sole right to cancel an event in full or in part due to low registration numbers, inclement weather, facilitator illness/emergency. You will be refunded in full or to the extent the event was cancelled, if in part. BAM North reserves the right to alter the programme based on circumstances rather than cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings will require a non-refundable deposit of $275.

All bookings will require full payment based on group minimum 30 days in advance of arrival.

Adjustments downward will not be made should final group be less than minimum confirmed at 30 day mark (due to last minute cancellations for example.) To book the camp “exclusively” i.e. to the exclusion of other group bookings or events related to nights of use, would require a minimum of 14 participants at full accommodation package rate (i.e. cabin rentals vs.
